E-mail message to a pen-friend

TASK. Write an e-mail message to your friend telling him/her your impressions of Shrove Tuesday in your town/school.
There was just a few lessons for our class so we had lots of time.
sang and wached how the Winter-man was being beaten by the Spring-man.
We were amused when the fat lady (which represents winter) was being burned.
Can you imagine! I felt sick by the end of the fiest, so I had to go home early.
Allthough, I had a grate time:)
We were wearing masks, too. I was a witch! Do people in your country wear masks?
How did you celebrate the Shrove Tuesday? Did you have fun? I’m waiting for your answer!
