C. Dann "In the Path of the Storm"

I have read one hundred pages of book which has been written by famous writer Colin Dann. Its title is ‘In the Path of the Storm’. As all other books Colin Dann has written, it is about animals, and their living in wild nature. In this book we can notice two main storylines. I will try to tell about what were happened in both of them.
The first storyline tells us about animals’ life in the White Deer reserve. This reserve has been established because rear specie of stags was living there. This storyline started as the leader of the stags, Great Stag died. All inhabitants seemed to be very grieved. The Great Stag was very good and wise leader of the forest community. Every animal of the reserve was like a brother to him and he defended every one of them. After death of the Great Stag all who lived in the reserve began to worry who will be the new leader. After several days young male of the stags named Trey declared that he is the new leader of the reserve. No one seemed to be discontented until Trey started to implement his secret idea to banish all animals except stags. He grounded his actions by saying that this reserve was established for the white deer, and it belongs only for them too. The forest animals did not wait long. One evening elder animals organized a meeting and made a decision try to find another stag that could beat Trey.
The other storyline takes us to the journey with old owl whose name was Tawny. In the beginning Tawny Owl lived in the White Deer reserve. He frequently thought about forest named Farthing Wood where he hatched and which had left in the past. Some of animals constantly mocked him...
