Social research: healthy food

Do me ever think about why me eat? The easy answers are because me are hungry, tired and our stomach is rumbling. Sometimes me might also eat because me are bored, sad or happy, just because it's lunchtime, or because that chocolate-covered donut looks so good. We need eat healthy food, because it is almost as important to healing as competent medical care, and healthy eating habits play a critical role in preventing chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and some cancers.
The method that I chose for making this research was the questionnaire. Questionnaire comprised of closed questions.I gave this questionnaire to 15 girls of my English group.They gave me lots of different thoughts about healthy food.
When I got all information that I needed,made some counts in order to make diagrams and then made conclusion.
When I was making questionnaire I got lots of different answers.I was asking 15 girls of my English group.And I realized that these girls answers sometimes are really different, sometimes-same.
A majority ( 40 %) of girls tend to search information about healthy food on the Internet or they watch science/health programs on theTV.Other read popular magazines.
As we can see from diagram, 70 % girl’s food style is combination: they like some from each category.10 % girls prefer home-style.In addition, nobody prefer vegetarian food style.
A big numbers of girls answered that they make an effort to buy foods low in fat and foods without cholesterol (30%).22% of respondents chose foods in sugar.
To question about reading food labels lots of girls answered that they do not read them.That really shocked me, because from labels we can get important information about foods.So, only 2% girls read food labels regularly.
